I feel a lot better, like my physical symptoms have lessened so much yet I can't shake the physiological side of it, like thinking I'm dead and this is my imagination or any minute I feel happy I think this will be my last day and I will die soon.

Anyone else had this?

This happens to me too. I just keep trying to convince myself that it's just my thoughts and not reality
