I get this weird pain the shoots through my chest in the middle but my heart rate is normal then I will get a pain in the right side of my chest and my face will also feel hot I'm only 25 last time I saw a doctor was in may she said my heart was good is this normal anxiety

Yes, I have experienced this... classic symptom of anxiety for me.
Your symptoms match with mine. Hot face, chest pain. S all fucked up man
