I am laying down watching a movie my heart starts to beating fast after I got up to serve the kids some ice cream after dinner pray to Lord please let this go away I'm just proud of him eating it and I know things take a while to get better I mean it could be a lot more work but just the way to beating the way of filling issues horrible my heart's not going fast no school but it feels like it's going very slow so I really don't know what to do this sucks big time trying to enjoy my vanilla ice cream I don't know what to fo any more 😕
