Do you believe you have a general anxiety or depression or is something specific causing your symptoms?
Was it a life event your upset about, your job, or something else specific?
I've stopped my antidepressants cause I want to leave my current job as I feel that's my main trigger.
Wow. if I could ever find an antidepressant that worked for me I would stay on it! If you have something that works my (uneducated) opinion is to stay on it. I envy you for a med that works. I don't know anything about your job except they are hard to come by so I would caution anyone against leaving unless they have unlimited funds.
I believe I have all of that. Life events and my job have certainly made them worse, but it was always there in the background for me. Do I believe these events can start anxiety - yes. I hope you don't quit your job before you have another! We will always hurt but that should never stop us.
