Anxiety think your going to colapse and die all time

Hi just wondering if anyone else has same a fell like am just going to collapse and die any mint off day so scary any help watt to do

Me too! I'm terrified of fainting and hitting my head during the fall, I'm scared I have a blood clot in my brain that will make me die, just basically the same as you, falling down and dying. I don't know what to do either but you're not alone!

Sometimes it helps when I set myself goals, a bit morbid, but something like: "I cannot die before (for example) this new album. After I listened to it, I can go in peace" and then when it comes out, I find something else.

Yeh a think am going to die all the time any mint off day just scary mine was away for 2 years docs thinks its my hormons because a just had baby happens evry time a have a baby just wish it would go away
