Hi would you mind if i ask you is it just a problem if you cook food yourself or can you eat food other people cook for you, just not your own and is it a problem with any food, its just my husband has OCD and has a very hard time checking everything he eats, lots gets thrown in the bin because he says it does not look right, like in his head it has been contaminated ,he does eventually eat but he has to prepare it himself,he will not let me make him a meal,or sandwich, not even a cup of tea,yes you do need to eat to keep your strength to handle your anxiety, have you told anyone how you feel,a doctor, counsellor,

I can eat my own eventually but it's always over cooked

I haven't spoke to anyone yet but I'm thinking about going to the counsellors at my university
