I'm constantly lightheaded/floaty? I'm not like room spinning dizzy. This feeling can last for very long periods of time and go away for a short time but it comes right back. I don't have to be having an anxiety attack for this to happen nothing seems to cause it does anyone else experience this?
Anxiety?: I'm constantly lightheaded/floaty... - Anxiety Support
Anxiety?
Oh yeah. I can feel dizzy/light headed all day. Actually it’s the first symptom(s) that made me go into my doctor when I was first diagnosed with anxiety.
Yes! I have this feeling everyday.
It’s more like a swaying sensation and I notice it even more when I am standing still.
I don’t need to be having an attack to feel it either.
It sucks!
Definitely, feel it everyday and it is hard to ignore or shrug off
all day everyday. Anxiety
Constantly for like two years I hate it ruins my life and makes me feel detached
I get this really often. I struggled accepting that it was anxiety for a really long time because I got it when I thought I was calm.
That is exactly how I feel. Not room spinning dizzy but constantly light headed. Trying not to let it get me down but the anxiety kicks in and makes me think the worst which just creates a vicious circle. Anxiety really does suck
It does it's hard to get anything done constantly worrying about feeling like this.
I don’t even feel real
I feel dizzy/lightheaded/spacey/off balance/faint like all day everyday for over a year now. All tests done, no diagnosis except anxiety. Have you made any headway in regards to your symptoms? It terrifies me and it's ruining my life completely..
I haven't some days it's not as bad but some days it's so horrible does yours seem worse on some days more than others?
