Tummy churning

Since I can remember Ive experienced having tummy churning feelings in the morning not long after I wake up. That is when my anxiety is at it worst. I feel apprehensive like I'm about to take my driving test. I can never understand why? Does anyone else have this in the morning?

Yes, I've been waking up anxious and my stomach starts rumbling and bubbling right away. It's been happening everyday at for over a month now.

Have you had any extra stress or troubles the past month?

It first started when I was stressed over work stuff but then just hadn't gone alway. That was a month ago. I've been dealing with anxiety in general since April though.

Yes it is a feeling of dread sometimes too. It seems to be worse if I know I'm going to be alone a lot that day.

I read online it's best to acknowledge those feelings and let them ride. Then say to yourself that's just my anxiety it can go away now. I'm gonna try it and see if that helps.

Good Luck too. Anna2008. I suffer with OCD too. I do a lot of checking around the house before I go out and before I go to bed. I've made an appointment for the OCD and Anxiety with a therapist. I hope this helps as it gets me down.

Is there a way to make sure that you are not alone? Make a point of seeing people, social interaction is vital for mental health

Yes that's what I usually try to do. I do like company. If I have to be alone I find I do normally settle into trying to get some chores done indoors but lately I've been a bit restless and have felt better going out somewhere even if it's alone.
