Hi

I have & still do suffer with bad stomachs , I really think it seems to be a common anxiety problem

I had it explained to me we are so anxious & therefore we don't digest our food as we should causing these problems

Have you spoken to your GP about it , they may be able to give you something to help or give you peace of mind

Love

I do, it's a combination of panic and physical stomach churning : I'm so stressed and have not yet found a solution to the bad situation except to tell me in time things will improve - time heals - meanwhile the stomach churning is a reality and so the festive season is going to make things difficult

I'm in a state but am trying to remain optimistic about things. Got loads of preparations still to do. Why do we all put ourselves through all this ridiculous amount of stuff to do? To please others who may not even realise how churned up we are . I wish you well at this difficult time of the year xx

I get it as well. I find that ginger helps to stop the nausea - I found these hard boiled ginger sweets in Holland and Barrett called GinGins, I have the double strength ones. They're strong but they work for me. Spearmint and camomile tea/peppermint tea also helps to settle my stomach.

I don`t get sick with anxiety, but I sometimes get bowel trouble when stressed, & that`s a real pain, so I always carry some Immodium with me just in case.
