Anxiety or something else?

How do I convince myself it's anxiety? I just feel like whenever someone says "it is anxiety I get this too and that" I think "yeah but what if for some reason it's not" I keep thinking its my heart even tho this has been happening for 8 months now so I should be confident it's not coz if it was I'd probably be dead plus I had Ecg done 3 times and chest X-ray twice and lots of blood tests so if they found something I would know but everything was clear. I just can't believe anxiety can make you feel so ill.
