Hi all just a question...

Does anyone have high heart rate all day? Along with feeling really quite ill it's not that high just higher than normal around 90bpm I'm used to fast heart rate in bouts but not usually a full day 😕

Hi Twinkle, are you anticipating your test results?? That could bring it up some.

Twinkle, I'm glad your heart is healthy. I know that's been a main concern for you. Where do you go from here? Did the doctor suggest anything?

You know I always keep you in my thoughts and wish you well. xxx

Thank you Hun it's a big relief to finally know my heart is fine I wish I could actually feel ok now but the symptoms persist not that I thought they'd go over night I'm just at a loss as to why I feel so bad I'm not sure what happens now apart from my doctors advising I taper down my medication as this could be a factor but that does scare me as I feel I'm being poisoned by them 😓 Thank you Hun bless you xxxx

Twinkle, that's what I was hoping to hear. After being on something for 8 years, it probably isn't working anymore.

I always wondered why you were on a neuropathic med although it works on the same brain path as anxiety, it is usually used more for nerve pain. I was given it once for my Fibromyalgia. Wouldn't that be something Twinkle, if it were the med that's causing your off feeling especially as your medical tests are coming back okay. I wish you well dear. xxx

Well the doctor upped my meds about 8 months ago and ever since I've felt much worse you're rights it's usually for pain or epilepsy but also good for anxiety yes also fibromyalgia tooth I think it could well be my meds causing theses problems I'm just so scared now incase it's slowly poisoning me 😢 Thank you Hun much appreciated xxxx

Hi Twinkle333

If all medical tests are clear it is likely to be anxiety making you feel the way you do. You say you are at a loss as to why you feel like you do and monitor your body for symptoms which implies to me that you are still searching for answers and focussing on anxiety. You are not accepting that it is anxiety which is keeping the fires burning. You have to learn to be ok about not feeling ok. That is what acceptance is all about. You cannot control it so there is no point trying to. Your nerves are sensitised because of prolonged stress and they need time to de-sensitise but that won't happen if you keep stressing about how you feel.

Best wishes

Beevee

This makes a lot of sense and yes I seem to focus on how I feel even tho I do feel really poorly everyday with fatigue etc wow anxiety is powerful if that's the cause of how I feel right now but I will learn to except how I feel and go along with it rather than fight it it's going to help relieve these symptoms from me thank you for you're reply much appreciated 😊

Definitely agree with Beevee.

I was in the same boat. You have to accept that you are healthy. Accept the reality that you are totally OK. It is incredible how quickly things turn around when you accept things. Trust that you are OK and that you are sensitive to everything. Little by little you will stop paying attention to it. You may even surprise yourself how long you go not worrying about it.

Yes I agree too it makes a whole lot of sense I do focus on how I feel and how I feel is horrendous so I'm constantly trying to reach an answer as to why but going with it may be a better option and excepting how I feel knowing that I do have a clean bill of health and beleiving so 👍🏻

it is much better. you will feel uncomfortable at first but know that the feeling will go away in a matter of minutes. If you get scared just be mindful and ignore it. It will go away.

My heart rate is always around 100bpm. I looked it up and normal is supposed to be 60-100 according to a source I read. I didn't look any further after reading that. Now I just checked again and the Mayo Clinic, WebMD and NIH all agree with 60-100 bpm. You and I are normal.

Oh that's good to know I always thought 100 was too high but obviously not and I'm relieved to know someone else has a higher heart rate 😊 Thank you
