I know I have some form of Anxiety disorder or another, but on my way to work every day I get a panic attack. at work I feel like I'm walking on a stretched rubber floor and after work... I'm a crying, angry, nervous mess.
I was drinking metformin about a month or more ago but stopped two weeks ago because it was slowly poisoning me and a week longer on that and I'd have been dead.
This was the second Doctor I'd seen for my original problem of being tired all the time and being constantly ill with either a cold or bronchitis or a fever.
I walk around and I'm a constant mess. I'm going to my new (third) Doctor and he's been good so far but like I mentioned in the beginning... I was anxious because we did not really have the money to see the doctor tomorrow and by a miracle I'd gotten it but while that removes one thing off my list of stresses, it adds 10.
Now I sit here and stress. what if it's bad. what if now I may need expensive chronic medicine.
My beautiful and strong partner tells me every time that I worry: "we'll sort it out." or "stay calm. Don't stress so much."
She's been such a support and a rock, but those words make me want to strangle her.
Does anyone else feel that their list of problems increase every time they solve one problem?

there is something new it seems for every good result. if we let go of expectation hard I know and look within ourselves for the answer it may help. a bit of love always goes along way and I mean that to yourself self love be understanding with your current circumstances. as before take a moment breath deeply inhale exhale and within that moment think of nothing just your breath concentrate purely on that. we all should take help when it is available but must also help ourselves give back to yourself whether that be fitness or sitting out in a natural setting blue skies trees etc to recharge. look for the good in you and dont label a negative feeling to define the sum of who you are it is not.
others may not understand what you are going through explain in a loving and honest way and hopefully it will be received as such. if need be they may need to be directed to material explaining the subject. only you know how you feel from moment to moment doctors are only as good as what they know on the subject they are not you.
positive thoughts and affirmations as i have advised to others a few kept at hand in pocket or positive photo to draw upon in that moment when it seems overwhelming and also to call upon when it is not.
we must except ourselves whilst we introduce change it is a process as is life. we will get there you will get there
Let me first begin by telling you that you are showing all the symptoms of anxiety. Let me also tell you that it is pointless trying to solve the reasons why you panic. You are chasing your own tail and the very reason why more problems keep replacing those you think you have figured out. You have an anxious mind which is throwing up thoughts which feel more important than they really are because they are laced with anxiety and grab your attention. But don't worry, you can recover and feel normal again. All you have to do is give up trying to find answers and pay no attention to the thoughts. That sounds easy but I know it isn't, especially when they come with such force. To recover, you need to change the way you deal with your anxious thoughts. Let them come and let them have their say but don't do anything about them. Just observe them as if you are listening to someone else's conversation. Your thoughts are not real but you have the choice of believing them or ignoring them. Ignore them and carry on with your day. Even with this new attitude, the thoughts will still hang about for a while but Having accepted them, they will lose their power and disappear.
