Skin feels like it is burning

My friend is very anxious because she has all over skin burning. She is concerned it is not caused by stress but something more sinister. Has anyone with these symptoms been diagnosed with small fibre neuropothy

Ask her if she has taken an antibiotic, prior to the onset of her symptoms. Some can cause this, months later even--and it is important to not take that family of drugs again if so, and there are things to do to help.
