I'm having bad thoughts about killing myself . . This is not how I think I don't want eat or anything I don't know what's wrong with me. I can hardly breath & I have pain in my chest.

Hi,

If you're thinking about hurting or killing yourself you really need to get somewhere safe urgently.

Sometimes you can't wait and let feeling or thoughts like this pass. Sometimes they don't pass it does spiral downwards.

Please go to A&E/ER or call your own Dr.

A good example by Sadhguru ( you tube)....

If you think you want to die, hold your nose and put the other hand tightly over your mouth....

It will only take a few seconds till your mind says stuff it I want to live...
