Seeing a psychologist and doctor has helped a lot.

So I have been seeing a psychologist and it's really helping me to understand my anxiety and panic attacks. It's reassuring and I highly recommend that you try it and see how you go. I have also had just about every test and scan under the sun to also reassure me I'm fine and that its in my head. I still have bad days which really gets me down and I do worry but then I reassure myself I'm OK. I still live with lightheadedness and weird feelings on a daily basis though but it's not as bad as it used to be. I'm getting out of the house now and able to do more things. Please seek help through getting a referral from your doctor to see a psychologist, I promise you will be thankful you did.
