How can I feel better

How can I feel better? I'm on meds things aren't good at home. Tell me what to do. I'm scared of anxiety.

Were you able to get to Church today?

I read where you were looking into a ranch type of inpatient therapy. I have been looking into similar places for myself. I don’t have any insurance, and the cost is way too much for me to afford.

I don’t see you getting any better as long as you stay in the same situation you are in.

Have you gave any more thought about going to an inpatient center, or program for healing?

I don’t know what your financial situation is. But If I could afford it, that would be my choice.

It's not until 6. When I read the reviews they weren't too good. It seems they do addiction more than mental health. I've been crying all day. Someone told me to make my own decisions. But I don't know what to do.

Look for another one. I have a feeling that your anxiety is causing you to look for excuses as to why you can’t get the treatment you need to get better. There are lots of inpatient programs to choose from.

I’m not sure where you live, but it really doesn’t even have to be close.

Go on u tube and listen to wayne dyer. He has the answer to all your problems, But you need to keep listening every day to get good results. It worked for me in times of trouble. Hope this helps. Gerrerd.

Learn to relax. when you go to bed tonight do this exercise. Breath slowly into your belly to a slow count of 4, Hold for a slow count of 4, Breath out for a slow count of 4. Do this 10 times. Relax feel the change in your breathing and body. Repeat the word calm over and over again in your mind you will start to feel better in your mind and body. Notice that the stress and anxiety has eased. Do this again when you wake. And when you need help during tomorrow, Do this again, the more you do this the more calm and relaxed feelings will stay with you. But remember the more you do it the better you will feel. Action!!!!!!!!!!! if you do this every day for the rest of your life. It will set you free. Hope this helps. Gerrerd.
