Can u tell me where and how does your story started and how long lasted or is lasting.... ??? With numbers please

Dear Buda369,

I am not clear what u r asking. I am going to assume that when u ask, how our "story" started, u mean our anxiety/depression/phobias, etc. Well, I believe issues started around the age of 12. But I became this way, through no fault of my own. There were many things I could not control, like my environment, how the people who were supposed to take care of me treated me, life experiences, trauma, physical & emotional abuse, etc all play a part in who we become. But, a lot of people are stuck in the dark and dont see a light at the end of the tunnel. I am still battling on and off after 25 years with my issues. I will Not give up. Whatever your issues are, do not give up either and know u r NOT alone. Take care and God bless
