Hi everyone could u please tell me what physical symptoms u get in your head

Hi John, I see floaters as well as red spiders on the ceiling or wall when I first wake up.
My face and head are so so tight that I attribute this to muscle tension. I no longer get migraines but occasionally go into muscle contraction headaches. I don't feel around for any lumps on my head. I'm too scared of health issues. You are not going insane but are suffering from anxiety with your health and well being. Take care John.
Thanks so much I did start feeling around for lumps lol I hate it does my head in
hi john please dont worry. i had headaches everyday for 8 months abd was convinced i had a brain tumour. my doctor who is east midlands number one cancer consultant(very clever man) said its stress and tension causing it. if it was anything serious my vision would go blurred id have seizures abd be vomiting. headaches are very normal. everyone gets them abd i see floaters all the time! i close my eyes and see them. my head also is extreamly lumpy lol its normal. just the shape of your skull xxx
Welp I get tension aches , my eyes do see floaters as well. I should add I have sinuses so that gets to me too. I have stuffy ears , that cool liquid sensation in the back of my head , below my ears , all because of sinuses. Back to anxiety , the tension , floaters , I also get this adrenaline rush sensation or anxious throbbing feeling in the back of my head & base of neck ....oh & little twitches in neck ..neck spasms ..etc,. 😕🙊 I get the anxiety & sinus issue mixed up because what I'll take for simple anxiety is actually my sinuses acting up. Like pressure in ear & between eyebrows were sinuses , I thought it was due to me , grinding my teeth , hence the tmj issues I have but it's because of sinuses . You're not alone in this . It's rough but we'll find ways to get out of this funk & relax , instead of being anxious. I'm still learning of ways to unwind myself .
Mostly yes. But sometimes they're sinuses or stress .
