A woman reversed into me and I am still shaking. I took her license and number plate but she didn't give me her phone number. I dont know what to do no I know it was on camra as it was outside a supermarket. When I bumped into a woman last year I made not marks on her car but my insurance still paid out £300 if I see a solicitor will or could they track her down and get me £300 for the shock of it all ?? I wish I had a diazepam but sadly gave it to my boy.

Dodo I'm sorry. They should be able to track her down. License plate is the most important thing. I don't know about insurance paying for shock. Usually it is physical symptoms. Of all times not to have a diazepam. You need something quick to help you relax. I know emotionally you are scared and shaking but physically did you get any type of whiplash from your head going forward when she hit and then back again? That's always a possibility and something she would be liable for if you went to the doctor. Good Luck Dodo

I had or my insurance paid a lady £300 and she wasn't hurt at all and only a black paint mark on her car so tomorrow i will see a solicitor to see if I can claim Why not I am in a bit of pain in my side from the jerk but not bad. Her solicitor said the money was for ? Cant remember theword but Iit was ssomething like for the inconvenience , that spelt right. Anyway it was done to me so why not before a woman went inthe back of me and done a minor dent and did nothing. So its my turn. Could do with the money as well. I feel a bit mean but thats how most people ate now money money money mad.
My nerves haven't been right since I wasn't expecting it it was so fast.
Well the weather was so hot today and I couldn't really enjoy it because i was slightly dehydrated better now though. Hope it stays nice tomorrow.

I was under the impression whenever you are hit from behind, it is that person's fault since you have no control in avoiding a rear end collision. Just make sure you are okay, sometimes it takes a few days to feel that impact of the accident. You have enough problems without adding whiplash to it. I can only imagine how your nerves are, I would be the same. I would keep playing it over and over in my mind. Stick to your meditating now to quiet your nervous system down some.
So you have real hot weather today, they are already announcing on the weather stations that on Thursday and Friday we will hit 100 degrees that feels like 115. So they are warning everyone to stay in.

My heads in bits. My son is getting into trouble driving when he hasn't a license . I have just reported a woman reversed into me in a car park the phoning I've had to to claim so many questions. Its absolutely boiling and I cant get enough fluids into me. I more worried about my boy not caring about his going to prison. My heads in a right mess everyone is enjoying the sun and I am like Dracula avoiding the sun.
I found out the lady that bumped into me is insured so thats a plus.
Why dont my son get it he will lose so much if he gets caught driving a car his friend is stupid lending him his car. My son thinks he can drive but he can't he haven't got a clue about signs what lights mean . I know I am over thinking things . I just wamt this horrible week to be over so I can relax more. I hope that woman dont contest theaaccident . It will be on camera at supermarket anyway. My x has been good telling me not to worry my son is a man and he should act like it and everything will turn out ok.

Dodo you are not overthinking things. These are real concerns that are making you sick. Where will your son be if something happens to you? His actions are really out of your control. As much as you love him, you can't save him from himself. I'm siding with your ex in that your son is now a man and needs to accept responsibility. You need to take care of you right now.

I also think you should keep you meds for yourself if they have been prescribed for you because now look when you need one you don't have one and tell your Son to go and see the Doctor and see if he can get his own prescription for some

You are right about keeping my meds but my son been sharing what he managed to get off a friend and he just split up with his girlfriend and waz hurting so I couldn't see him suffering. I know you didn't know that and would probably agree. Thanks though Bounce.
