Nerves jumping

Anyone experience alot of nerves movement?? If so, where? Mines is always my lower back or under my breast!!

Yep ! I get them in my left hand and right shoulder and convinced myself that I had some severe mental illness last week due to my shakes. It's all down to adrenaline so no need to worry. The more you think about it the worse it will get so try and relax !
