Has anybody gotten pain in their elbows and hands ? Apparently , my left elbow is like throbbing with pain and then right after I’ve been getting this weird nerve cramps on the palm of my hand and it’s like when I try to close my hand, I can’t open them back up and when I do, this sensation in brain comes along in my brain, it’s like this flush feeling (I also get this when I have a panic attack). And then everything else goes to crap. My body starts to to ache and I get shortness of breath. But back on the topic, has anyone got like this hand cramps and your hands can’t open up anymore when you try too ?

I have not had this hand problem, but I have had a wrist problem. Much to my surprise, there are orthopedists that specialize in hand/wrist problems. He helped a lot, and nothing invasive - just a tight prescription glove to wear when doing certain things. I am fine now. I suggest you see a hand specialist.

I keep thinking thinking the worst like Id it early onset ALS? You know. Ugh. I’m getting freaked out.

It sounds to me more like some type of muscle cramp in your hand. I am not a doctor, but my sense is that ALS does not start this way. Also, ALS is quite rare. Think about seeing a hand specialist. I was surprised at how helpful he was and how thorough.

I just feel weird all the time with muscle cramps and muscles weakness and I wouldn’t even be working out. :/ but I’ll talk to my neurologist and see what he says.

Yes, that is a good idea. The anxiety about these types of things is terrible; speaking to your neurologist may help to resolve the problem and, most importantly will help to set your mind at rest. x
