Muscle jumping and pain in chest and dizziness

Its two days straight and the muscle in my left arm keeps jumping when ever I'm still or focusing on anything I'm getting a weird feeling in my chest and I'm unusually dizzy with eye and head movement even when lyeing down.

Im assuming you are thinking this is a heart attack?

I've had / still have health anxiety and trust me when I say this.... You will feel anything a everything that you used to shrug off before. If it isnt the worst pain in your life chances are it isnt a heart attack. A doctor once told me, if you can pick up the phone call your doctor and explain your symptoms, chances are it is not a heart attack.

So, anxiety will have paying attention to things that were once a brush off the shoulder. Just know it is anxiety, especially if you've seen a doctor.

I can definitely relate to the dizziness and muscles jumping. Also twitching in my muscles especially my eye lids. But all yesterday and today I'd feel my muscles in my thigh and back areas jump or like tighten up and loosen. Plus the dropping sensation and off balance too. Today I was just sitting in the car looking at my phone and a wave of dizziness hit me with a hot flash along with it. It felt like my brain or my head was moving like my brain muscles was moving around. And once that happened there went my heart pounds. Now I can't get any of this off my mind.

Ok well mine have passef but I when ever its happening I come on here for extra reassurance that its a normal symptom and it helps

I have the twitching in my stomach for at least 3 weeks daily. I've had the eye twitching also it sucks to live this way trust me I know first hand! 😞

That is simply anxiety my friend; and because anxiety can create a raise in blood pressure; that can also be a cause of these muscle spasms. Do 30 minutes of physical exercise everyday, meditate with breathing techniques called Pranayama (search for videos on you tube) and these will subside.
