I am new on here and it is good to see that a number of people suffer with anxiety, I find the worse part of my anxiety is feeling sick all the time, wont go out because I feel even worse and worried I will be sick when I am out, really don't know what to do.
Hi there!i feel nauseous alot.is it hot where you are?cos i find hot weather can make you more anxious and also nauseous.but I got ibs and that so i feel sick alot anyhow.i don't like going out the house but in my case its more cos i have this fear of public places and crowds and well I'm not feeling so good with my anxiety.
I used to get that too. Felt like my stomach was all in knots. I found learning mindfulness breathing helped me. I learned to focus on my breathing which helped reduce the tension in my stomach. I didn't leave the house when I was at my worst, but with help I was able to go out when I knew it would be quiet and I always had a backout plan if I felt to anxious or if I was going to take a panic attack.
I found that by having goals and pushing myself a little further past my comfort zone helped. I also did relaxation exercises as well which helped with the tension and stress, which helped with the knotted stomach. Still get it every now and again, but now I know what I need to do to make it go away.
Also make sure you are eating regularly and that you are taking enough fluids. I know you won't fell like it if you are feeling sick, but you have to look after yourself.

Thank you I will try the relaxation exercises and going to download relaxation music from mood juice see if that helps x

I am listening to Belinda Carlisle at the moment, a blast from the past but sometimes I need that rather than the meditation music.
