Hi, I've just joined and hope you don't mind me answering.

I've been where you are and trust me if you had a blood clot you'd know all about it after 3 days.

Anxiety does strange things to us and can very well make you feel like you can't breathe, then you panic and you feel you can't breathe even more.

I would really put it down to anxiety but if you feel that bad then give NHS 24 a call or call your GP for an emergency appointment tomorrow.

Let me know how you are

Good, I'm glad you are okay apart from that.

Sometimes I still get the feeling I can't breathe but I just ignore it and it goes away.

Guess that's what 3 years of CBT does for you lol.

Thank you so much for your reply I will give the breathing ago. Thanks

Hello Katyjoa!

That was my first symptom I had during my first attack that didn't leave for about a year, I was convinced that something was blocked or that something wasn't working.

As we internalize and push stressful situations away, instead of dealing with them a physical reaction happens, your muscles tighten in your chest as well as other areas of the body.

You breath in, you breath out. You eat, you poop. You drink, you pee. You're awake, you sleep. The body naturally goes through these cycles and when something traumatic happens, you deal with it and not obsess and the next day its no big deal, right?

People with anxiety, not necessarily. We often reawaken the feelings of fear or look for the things we fear until we literally live with them in a constant state. I find people with this, often are very inquisitive and need definite answers. I also notice, it's usually people with artistic personalities and people driven by passion.

We need to release these fears and retrain our brains to release these fears. You can only concentrate on one thought at a time, make it a good one!

God loves us and doesn't want to see us suffer, turn things over that are not in your control and Earnestly seek peace and you will have peace.

This doesn't mean that peace will always be there no matter what. This world is a battlefield with lots of bad things to disrupt you, but take heart, because God has overcome the world.

Something seems to be going on though. Everyone that I know to have had even a little attack, has had something happen yesterday 6/3/16 and much around the same time. I don't know if it's magnetic or if it has to do with the solar storms, but I just found it to be oddly coincidental.

I know you will find peace and you are fine! Just believe and I promise you, you are fine. Take it from someone and everyone else that has dealt with these exact symptoms before. You are healthy, - though you are unique- you are not the different story, you are not the one who will fade. You have a simple problem caused by XY&Z and you are fine.

Have a great day today and rest easy tonight. Look forward to a start of a beautiful week.
