Left shoulder blade

Extreme pain in my left shoulder blade this past few days . Sometimes with exertion and sometimes even if im just resting. Does anyone have it too? Im really woried. I dont know if its connected to my gerd or early signs of heart attack 😢

Best shoulder blade help I can offer. Try sitting on the floor feet 3-5 inches wider on both sides than hip distance, knees bent as far to body as possible, toes face up flexed toward ceiling, press heels into floor, slightly turn out knees as you need for a deeper stretch of shoulder blade.

Now take the opposite hand to the outside of your foot ie opposite fingers wrapped around your outer step. Put opposite arm pressing behind you to stabilize you.

Now Round your back! Gently rotate your head chin to chest and nod into that shoulder blade.

I hope this helps! 3-4 times a day it should feel better in no time!
