Tired of twitching

Really tired of my muscles twitching especially my legs up near my knee high when will this stop!!!😭

I'm trying since March 19 I've been twitching some days it seems to be little and somedays it's big just recently it's getting worse like when I'm worried or tense.

I recently started twitching. I of course thought I was dying but I've been telling myself, "oh well it's anxiety" and trying to ignore it and that seems to help.

I haven't started either one. My first CBT session is this upcoming Wednesday. I'm educating myself and praying a lot. Thanks for keeping up with me. It means a lot.

I have twitching too and when it started it made me feel pretty worried. Now I have it around my left knee and what irritates and bothers me the most, it's the twitching under my left breast. I was so worried what it might be, but there is nothing there, just rib cage.... So I feel you. Let's twitch together.

Does it one moment could be a big twitch that makes u shake

Not really. At the beginning, there would be just one twitch and I jumped and panicked not knowing what it was, but now as it got more often I tell myself it's nothing. I always worry for a moment when it's a twitch in the new place, tho.

My twitch started after a hour of my heart was racing I panicked then 1 hour later I started twitching in my thighs bicep big twitches
