Do you feel any numbness? Blurred vision?

I hope that this is just anxiety since your posting this on the anxiety support forum. If you do believe that you are about to have one than go to the ER ASAP! It might sound silly but just get checked out to lower your stress levels (you might be overthinking thats all). 

Also, age really plays a huge role in strokes, so if you are on the elderly side than you should definitely go to the hospital!

Oh ok, than I doubt that you have anything to worry about. Lets pray and hope that its your body playing tricks on you (not like its a good thing but its better than having a stroke)

And I feel you. As stupid as it sounds I check my anxiety symptoms online and find the craziest diseases and think that its something worse than it is.

No no blurry vision just headache and slot of twitching my folks don't believe me

Ahhh headaches. They suck. I know that muscle strain/tension (which comes from stress) causes headaches (mine are). Muscle strain=muscle irritation=twitching!
