Stroke or heart attack or either ?

I’m ears feel strong in stiff my cheeks hurt , middle of my arms hurts and my shoulders and neck ....... are those signs of an stroke or heat attack

Can you lift your arms up and keep them there? Can you talk? Honestly it sound like a mini panic attack especially if you come onto here for help. Do you have someone you can call for help or to talk to? Like family or friends?

Ah okay just breath. Sit down and go through it I know it’s not the best thing but if I fight my symptoms I panic and they get worse normally if I shake uncontrollably I just go and lie down maybe sleep. Hope it subsided soon.

Promethazine (which I take for sleep and when I leave the house) and propranolol (specifically for anxiety) I’m on other meds for my IBS-D which is link closely with my anxiety. I’ve tried mirtazapine but it made me more upset and anxious and suicidle so Yh came off that haha

I have hydroxyzine and sertraline but I ain’t took them yet I’m scared

When you take the medication? I did a little research and it said that hydroxyzine was an anti-histamine a bit like my promethazine and sertroline is an anti depressant. If a doctor gave these to you they would have thought it would help you. My anti histamine makes me a little tired but calms my anxiety a LOAD my anti depressants didn’t work for me but I never took it for depression just anxiety I may be trying another soon. Have you talked to your doctor about these consents?

Ah did a doctor give them to you and if so did you tell them you were worried it could get worse
