Help I feel like my body goin shut down I can't sleep mouth really dry iam scared and suggestions to make go away plz help

I usually read or play a game on my tablet at night before bed to help me get my mind clear until I fall asleep. It's hard I've been there everyday this week but you will sleep. You may be up every few hours. You need to find something distracting until you fall asleep. That's what helps me and I rarely have to take my medicine at night to calm down. Or if it gets really bad I go to anxietycentre.com and read thru all the anxiety symptoms for just that piece of mind that that is what I'm experiencing.

Hi Nyda,  I suffer from the dry mouth due to anxiety every day.  You can only drink so much water, lozenges are okay but they rot the teeth...BUT  a little trick I learned from my therapist was to think about biting into a huge big pickle or a slice of lemon.  The thought will stimulate the salivary glands and moisten your mouth.  Hope that helps some.
