Please help me!!

I've got this really strange feeling in a particular part in my head! I've had it come an go for a few months now, and lately it's lasted 3 days! It's like a numbess/ tingling feeling at the top on the left. I've been battling with Anxiety for the while now, and I'm not sure if it's anxiety that's causing this or something worse?! Can someone please help! I can't stop thinking about it, which makes it worse!!!

Yep anxiety. Try meditating and exercise that's what helped me. 30 mins meditating a day
