This dizziness and as if my head is not my own feel wired

Does anyone else feel like this 24/7 it's horrible I keep going really dizzy my temples at side of my head are hurting I don't feel with it I hate feeling like this my chest feels tight as well like I can't breath

Im suffering from this right this second too. it came on properly just now. Im terrified! it is by far the worst symptom of anxiety. are you okay?! xx

A whole list. Numbness,bad eyesight, nausea, walking as if i am imbalance d, got no energy ,post nasal drip. Backache. Tummy issues,

Just been taking herbal . St johns wort . Helps with sleep but has changed my situation .
