I'm feeling strange again, I just don't know what to do with my life, I feel like I'm losing my mind and I'm scare as hell, can someone please tell me why I am feeling like this like nothing matters anymore, man I'm just so scare of losing my mind

Hi MonicaGAI,I know how you feel, its anxiety that is causing you to feel as of you were losing your mind. That's what it does, and it foes the same to me. Anxiety causes fears and it messes with you, it causes you pain, stress and other symptoms. I hope that you feel better soon.

You're feeling anxious but it doesn't mean that anything has made you feel this way, life IS scary and you're not alone in feeling this way! Just know that it is absolutely normal to feel this way about life sometimes. It's great that you can reach out when you need to talk, that's very brave! How are you feeling now?
