Anxious weird habit


I have this weird habit . Whenever there's some ache , it could forehead wherever ..I get panicky if it goes away too quickly , & not gradually like I'd be comfortable with. Idk , it's weird . It's the best way I could describe it. For example , my forehead was aching because of  my neck strain..well I calmed down it quickly went away & I got panicky it was supposed to wait til I told it to heal, instead of relaxing & being happy I am on the path to getting better. Anyone relate ? If not we'll it's nice to vent on this lol
