Does any one else think they are seeing things like I keep thinking I'm seeing black things crawl a cross the floor when really there's nothing there does this mean I'm finally going MAD it kinda like scared me last night thinking this and that I would be locked up soon not helping my anxiety at all either

Black spiders on wall for me
It's kinda same for me just not the wall atm I'm just scared I'm going to end up thinking there on me and then hurting my self in the process of trying to get them off even tho there is nothing there think I need to make an appointment to see my GP tbh as I don't want that to happen
