Well for the past two days my breathing has been somewhat better. Yesterday I even slept great. Today not so much, It starred around eleven am & hasn't left since. I try to take my mind off of it but it's still there. All I wanna do is go to sleep. But then my mind starts racing & I can't shut it off. I hope everyone has a better night.

It's back...
I'm sorry you are having a bad time. I hope you have a better
day tomorrow. Take care
Yep just felt it go off myself, felt slight chest pain then my neck aches, followed by my head feeling waves of warm flashes. It's midnight and it's calmed down a bit but can't sleep now, watching tv to keep my mind off for now. I think the chest flutters and slight sharp pain just triggered it, next thing I was there go ogling this heart flutter, freaked out about heart attacks, yep I screwed myself over. I think it was already brewing though before my attempt to sleep and minor panic, I was experiencing burning sensations in the back of my skull and neck, and burning sensation s near my temples and what feels like the inside of my ears. I'm just glad i tomorrow is a short day.

Have you all tried using Bach's Rescue Remedy. It worked so well for me ... try it for awhile. It is a natural product...no drugs...well worth trying it out.
I put four drops of the remedy into a 24 oz of water and sip throughout the day.
Since every person is different, it may take longer for some folks to realize the benefits. Like two weeks to eight weeks; just don't give up and don't stop taking it. So much better than your average drug.
Mloanddb, has doc ever suggested inhaler ?
I have no cough symptoms ever. And I was just at the ER last Saturday they did a chest X-ray also. I'm going to my primary doctor Wednesday to get tested for allergies I have animals & had them all my life. But I got my boyfriend a kitten in December. I just wanna make sure it's not the cat causing all of this. I've never had problems with my breathing. If it's anxiety I will have to accept it I guess.
