Hi peeps i hope this mayhelp i suffered really bad with depression were i actually overdosed with vodka/parracetamol and beata blocker im really fine now but still have my lows but just really want to say dont give up im now on medium dose off mitratiazamine wich as help a lot jyst came on to say keep fighting dont let this decease get to you

I'm sorry you had to go through that, no one deserves to. But I'm glad things are a lot better now and I hope they continue to be. Well done for fighting through it, I'm very proud
