Leg pain.

I have been having pain in the back of my legs and my calfs. Nothing major just an aching really but it's worrying me thinking I might have a blood clot or something. I can't seem to get the thought out of my mind! Is this linked to anxiety maybe. Has anyone else experienced this?

I get leg pain , have you been walking more or maybe laying differently in bed 

In the past when I have had pains and that panic wants to creep in if I sit and think 9 out of 10 I realize I have been doing something I usually don't do and gives me the answer for the pain 

We all get aches and pains especially as we get older lol I think unless it is troublesome and does not disappear at all we have to accept it as one of those things , if it lingers we can always ask the Doctor ( not because it is going to be life threatening ) but so they can suggest ways to ease the pain 

Try a nice warm bath those muscles may be tense which can be another reason w eget pain

This is very true Bounce I am getting older, I sometimes forget I am now pushing 40 and I'm not 20 any more! And I guess things do change as you older. I think I probably pace around more than I used to (I struggle to relax) I know my mind has a habit of thinking the worst. It's nice to be reassured though. Thank you.
