Booked my holiday and I am.doing nothing but freaking out about it. 

I can't even look forward to it cause anxiety creeps in and sucks the goodness out of everything.  

My family and friends are so excited about it ... x

I'm sorry MrsBO8.   I haven't been anywhere for years so I understand your

anxiety about going away.  Anxiety literally sucks the life out of us.  I do wish
