Hi lilchar,  working out can make you feel like this.  Have you had this before?

Do you work out with weights?   Have you hydrated?  Might you need to eat

something?   Are you dizzy, short of breathe?  There are so many things to take

into consideration.  Check with your doctor if still concerned.

Wow  that was quite a workout.  Doing squats and power walking up an incline is very strenuous.   Sounds like  you really need to hydrate in order to flush out your system.  Your chest feels tight from exercising.

Don't forget every part of the body gets used no matter what form of exercise we do.    I use to work out hard in the gym to prepare myself for the fireman's agility test.  I remember feeling weird when I was done but hours later it was a good feeling of burn and tightness.

I was hell bent in proving a woman (small) could pass the agility test

against 20 y.o. guys.  I was 33 at the time.  Don't goggle if  you can

help it.  Of course, call your doctor if you still are concerned but be

sure to let them know about working out.  You will be okay  :)   xx

I keep getting these weird twinges in my hand like a throbbing pain on my wrist is that anixty

I do get twinges in my hands from carpal tunnel syndrome.

I find that from the anxiety my hands are always clenched putting undue strain on the median nerve causing pain.

Do you by any chance have GERD? I just experienced the same thing yesterday..I do have reflux and ran out of my medicine..so I took a tsp of vinegar in water..stopped the symptoms..it also could be maybe you lifted something the wrong way..also anxiety can hit all of a sudden and make us think all kinds of things..
