Anxiety always come back !!!

I wonder why my anxiety always comes back all time , I don't know how to get over it !!! Sometime I'm sure that it was solved but then it come back again and again . When will it be gone ??

ing so low now because of my anxiety. One day i feel normal. Then bang next day it attacks

Yeah , we don't know when it won't be bothered us .

I feel the same even though I feel so much better in my self still have these anxiety symptoms come out the blue

I can understand your feelings. I had acute anxiety which i thought I'd "got over" with tablets from my doctor and a referral to a local Healthy Minds ( a free service offered on the NHS in a lot of areas). I was OK for about 18 months but now my anxiety has reappeared and I'm back to feeling sick all the time, having no appetite and no inclination to do anything. I'm trying Healthy Minds again and my doctor, but i would give a lot to be free. All i can say is you're not alone. Hang in there and grab any help that's going. Good luck
