Rn I'm at bit scared because I feel like my head is acting weird and having spasms on the left side of my chest again

Sorry to hear you are feeling scared , the more we focus in on how we are physically feeling the more we feel it and it even starts to feel more  or worse 

Try and relax your muscles sound like they are so tensed that this will no doubt be causing you to get these sensations 

Is there any calming music you like that you could sit , close your eyes and just try & turn of your thoughts for a while , it really does help x

Yea I'm I'm my room rn and I think you might be right today I didn't go to school I was just over thinking and every time I felt strange I over thought about it can you pray for me dear Sir/mam

Try not to over think as this feeds the anxiety and is exactly what it want's us to do so it can keep a hold on us 

I am sure nothing bad will happen to you and of course I will keep you in my prayers x
