How do you get diagnosed? Do I have anxiety?

So I recently posted what I was going through asking what you guys think I might have. I haven't gotten any replies yet, but I was wondering how you can get diagnosed. I don't know if I have anxiety or if I'm over exaggerating.

Take this free anxiety test sweetie hope it helps iam No doctor but i took this test and it was pretty accurate i was already diagnosed by a doctor in the Hospital and went and seen a psychiatrist and was diagnosed with panic disorder..

Like I become really lightheaded um it gets really hard to breathe and my toes and hands becomes numb and kind of feel cold? And like sometimes my mouth start to shaken and my hands. And then I start to cry. And when my stress builds up, the smallest thing will make me explode 

But the thing is, I only get this when I'm stressed so it's not a everyday thing 

That's why I'm not sure if this is anxiety or a panic disorder

Hey,

First...see your GP, they can help you diagnose possibility of Anxiety. They have a few questionaaires they have you complete to check. 

Now, from my personal experience...irbsounds likanxiety. The tingling sensation in hands and feet, the lightness in the head, the feeling of being detached a bit.. All of those are exactly what my anxiety fits feel like...but I get shortness of breath too. 

There are all kinds of methods out there to help. CBT is one of my favs...it's tough but you re teach yourself how to respond to stress. Try the natural methods before meds, there isn't anything wrong with meds, but some docs go straight for them and they may have side effects or addictive traits.
