I've seen loads popping up about it but what magnesium and how much?!? I have been taking some but I don't think it's the right one! Has everyone seen amazing results?

Hey before I got pregnant I took magnesium everyday and I can honestly say it was the best thing.. I stopped taking it now I'm pregnant so I see my doctor weekly and she's really helped me with anxiety!! Give the magnesium a shot! X

What kind did you take? And how much? I really don't know if I'm taking the right stuff!

It's just a regular supplement from boots are you from the uk? I think it's 375mg xx

I read that 400mg magnesium taureate is helpful.. But only just looking into it so don't know for sure..
