Hey guys well, I'm freaking out right now

I just feel like I'm about to have a stroke or something else

I'm only 18

I'm just so so scared I'm freaking out someone help me

I just started to feel a little sick in my stomach and then I was on ifunny and I felt a pain in my temple and started feeling light headed

Right now it's not as bad but I'm just as scared :(

Your weren't getting unwanted thoughtsor in a situation like verbal confortation or anything? I'm asking because we can eliminate that possibility for your discomfort.

I mean once I started getting lightheaded I started thinking maybe something is wrong with me and I don't know it

That's when I started getting scared

Where are you? Can you get in a quite place for serenity? If you have to close lights off. Listen to yourself breathe DEEPLY in and out. You need to relax first then deal with the physical problem.

I usually don't recommend googling but you should google stroke symptoms. It doesn't sound like you have any of them. face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty. you're typing so it sounds like you're good. I know it's scary because it's a common health anxiety fear for me. I'm sorry you're feeling this way.

Hi Glvss, how are you feeling today, any better? It's something how our nervous system is so sensitive that anything we experience can send us into a panic.

With me, the "what if" comes into play and then I'm a mess. You know as 3dUSA

said, finding that quiet place to start deep breathing will help quiet your mind down.

Meditating or relaxation will let you get in control again. Hope today was better..
