Scared again

My doctor says it is all anxiety but I'm scared of having a heart attack it builds in my chest then head like my head tells me at any moment your going to have one but everyone say I'm to healthy and I have no risk factors does anyone else feel like this?

I literally just had an attack! Laying there in bed watching to next minute.... Heart starts thumping, I'm dizzy, numbness and pain in my arm and chest, begin to sweat and I cannot calm! I too worry if it's a heart attack. You're not alone x

That makes it a little bbetter that I'm not alone I sweat so much when it happens my head gets a pressure in it my chest and left arm radiate warmth from them.

It's tough it really is, it's a scary feel too when you think you're having a heart attack or something. Do you have any supportive people around you?

I've felt like this for two weeks. Bad chest pressure and tightness, high pulse that I can feel in my body. Freaks me out! Feels like I'm gonna drop dead at anytime unless I'm laying in bed. We're in it together!

Yes me..ive done all the tests and all came back normal. When i feel some chest pains in my thoughts will say " theres nothing wrong with me i checked already" then it will go away. Just keep busy
