Can anyone else tell a significant difference in their anxiety and depression based on the weather? Its cold foggy and pouring rain where I am in BC and I just want to lay in bed. I don't generally consider myself a depressed person but my anxiety and its limitations make me depressed... I just want to see the sun !!

Oh yeah definitely, I think I've got that sad (hate dark nights and rubbish weather) which doesn't help the anxiety at all x
