I've learned to face my panic symptoms which is good. But I've been having sore gums, is this anxiety?? It's annoying :-/

It seems when I get through one rough patch, there's a road block :-/ Yoga, stretching, and breathing have helped me tremendously, but there's still some rough times. I eat mostly healthy foods, have good hygiene, my gums in certain areas seem tender/sore, and ear pressure, temples are sore. Is this anxiety symptoms?
