Thanks.. It's so hard once your in the anxiety zone.. I had a stressful day at work then I had a lot of garlic for my dinner and think the garlic has made me feel sick and the panic of being so pale and extremely tired has taken its course and my body is full of adrenaline.. Thanks for replying to me means a lot
Hi Charlie, you are right, once in the anxiety zone it is hard to reverse it but it can be done. It takes a little more work because the body is full of adrenaline however, find a quiet spot. Sit up with the small of your back supported by a pillow, feet planted on the ground. Close your eyes and very slowly take a deep breathe, hold it, and then blow up slowly thinking "RELAX". (Several times) Of course it is much better to be practicing this when you are not overwhelmed but it should help some in calming down your mind. Hope you feel better soon. The color in your face will come back after you relax. Try to get a good night's sleep to renew yourself. Goodnight!
Thank you so much.. Time of the month today so think it was a mixture of that and too much garlic! Doesn't take much for my body to go into panic mode!
