Brand New To This

Hello, I'm so brand new to this and I hope this is a great experience for me, so be friendly and pop up and say hello.. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and my boyfriend bought me a puppy and that my wee puppy has been a great help towards me. His name is Bowie and he is only 8 weeks old!! I also suffer from panic attacks and I'm not fit enough to work and that's all I want to do is work and help me and my boyfriend get a better as I currently live with him and my new puppy so don't be shy to say hello to me... I don't bite.
