My sister 😩

My sister just text me thinking she's dying saying she's afraid to die I'm thinking now she has health anxiety like me.. Have I made her into this? We both lost a family friend in May last year who basically brought us up and she lost a friend her age 23 on Halloween! I'm controlling mine well atm I'm scared I won't know how to help her 😩

No , do not blame yourself.. That leads to guilt... You are strong and you can help your sister, if you have and are going through stress and anxiety you'll be able to guide her, hopefully it's just a one off and with your knowledge , understanding and guidance she'll be ok , as will you, keep strong .

It sounds like you have both been through a bad time and this could have resulted in how you think and feel now with your anxieties but it is not your fault at all circumstances beyond your control if anything are to blame

Do not feel afraid that you will not be able to support her because she will need her own support just like you do and you can advise her to see her Doctor and if needs be you can let her know how much you love her but you are struggling to so you need her to get help because you are afraid you are not strong enough and I am sure she will understand
